Proposal package
A complete, ready-to-edit bid for one solicitation: a technical proposal in Word and a working pricer in Excel, built in your Google Drive. Each solicitation counts once, no matter how many times you revise it.
GovBid Intelligence verdict
A scored recommendation (Bid, Watch or No Bid, 0 to 100) on one opportunity, based on six factors such as NAICS fit, past performance and competition. Re-scoring after an amendment is free.
Automated outreach send
One email the desk sends for you, such as a follow-up to a contracting officer about an RFI or a status check on a stale notice. Replies are tracked and follow-ups stop automatically when an answer comes in.
User seats
The number of people on your team who can sign in to your desk.
Companies (UEIs)
